Project Portfolio Server 2006 Install

I went through the install doc (en_Office_PPS2006_install.doc) and I've
installed the application, and now I'm at the step "Login to Microsoft Office
Project Portfolio Server 2006".

I open the URL http://localhost/ProjectPortfolio2006 and get this config
error:

Could not load file or assembly
'Microsoft.Office.Project.PortfolioServer.Optimizer, Version=1.0.2365.29465,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. This
application has failed to start because the application configuration is
incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. (Exception from
HRESULT: 0x800736B1) (c:\inetpub\wwwroot\projectportfolio2006\web.config line
67)

How do I correct this problem?
