Project Portfolio Server 2007 Error Message

Platform - PPS & PS 2007 SP1 with July Infrastructure Update

Using Project Portfolio Server...
When I try to edit items on the Budget Resource tab, I get the following
error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." I get the
same message when I also try to import a project schedule using the Project
Server Gateway with the "Update Budget Resource" box checked. Does anyone
know what could be causing this error message?
