Project Priority Field

How does the project Priority field affect the project? I know that at the
task level it affects leveling but this field is at the project level (Click
Project, Project Information...)

Hi,

It affects leveling when you level multiple projects connected to a resource
pool.
It is taken into account before task priorities.
