Project Pro 2003 Error

When I try to select a value for a Outline Code Field, Project shuts down.
Checking the App Event Viewer, it shows the Error ID: 1000 but no further
information... When I sent the error to MS, there was no info about it.
I have the SP3 installed.

Anyone knows how to solve the issue?
