Project Pro 2007 Crashing Upon Opening a Resource Calendar

Good Afternoon

Lately I've noticed that Project Pro 2007 is crashing as soon as I try to
open a resource calendar from Project Server 2007.

The steps that I'm taking are:

1) Open PWA Resource Center
2) Select resource
3) Click open
4) Double click the resource in Project Pro
5) Click Change Working Time

At that point, the application pops up a warning that it needs to close and
check for solutions online.

Our system (Server and Client) is currently at:
SP2 + December 2009 CU

Has anyone seen this before? Possibly found a solution?

Probably not the case, but this could be a known (albeit obscure) issue with
drop down lists on HP laptops running fingerprint software.

I've only run into that on European laptops - not sure if it was a language
pack or OS issue. The solution was to disable the fingerprint reader
software.

If that's not the case, I'd try to do a repair of 2007.
