Project Pro 2007 via Citrix. SOAP toolkit error

Hi,

We are trying to set up Project Professional 2007 on Citrix so that our
users can connect to our Project Server 2007 instance. Project Pro itself
works fine, and we can create a profile to connect to Project Server. When
we try to connect using the profile, we get the following error message:

"Project professional could not connect to the server because the dependent
SOAP toolkit is not installed correctly. Please reinstall the Office SOAP
toolkit component using office installation and try again."

Has anyone else come across this problem? Any solution found?

Thanks,
Richard

Hi Kannan,

Thanks for the response, but the article you link to doesn't provide any
help on this issue. The profile itself is fine, and appears correctly - the
error message suggests that there is an underlying component (SOAP toolkit -
which I'm very surprised is still in use!) that is incorrectly installed.
We've tried several re-installations, but always get the same error.

Regards,
Richard
