Project Pro Project shows no tasks

A project file was open when there was a problem with the DB - transaction
log file full. Received the error saying file was full. Clicked ok then got
message can not insert duplicate key row in object "MSP_Tasks"....
Closed project file - IT administrator - truncated the log file.
When the project file was opened again with Project Pro it shows No Tasks.
Appears to be empty. Yet when viewing in PWA Project Center it appears the
tasks are all there but the Actual PWA Entered time all shows ZEROS! Our
Actual Work is updated when PWA Time is Processed and updated to the project
file.
Does anyone know how to get Project Pro to display the tasks? Tried Detect
and Repair, tried to save offline as local project file and open that but can
not get project pro to show the tasks for this project.
Help! Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Ok. got the tasks back - did search on this site and found some one else with
same circular reference error. Very Helpful - Thanks!!!
Now, just need to get the PWA Actuals loaded back to the project file. Sync
with Actuals not working..... sending a separate plea for help on this one.
