Hi Everyone,

We have successfully installed Project 2003 server with WSS. PRoject web admin interface is working fine. As a last step, we also installed Professional 2003 on the same server to connect to the server. But when I create the server account and test the connection, it is failing with this message.
"Unexpected server response.
You are not authorized to view this page
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to accept. "

I tried to connect to this 2003 server from a Project 2002 Pro on a different machine. It connected without any issues.
Is client supported on the server or do I need to install client on a different machine? Please let me know. Thank You

Two things.

1. Make sure you put the server as a trusted site in Internet Explorer
Security. Found under Tools --> Internet Options --> Security -->
Trusted Sites.
2. Make sure you made the Project Pro user a member of the Project
Managers group by Managing Users and Groups in Project Web Access.
