Project Professional 2k3 Question

I'm scheduling a task in pr. professional 2003.

I've 80 h of work and 3 resources assigned (work divided
equally between all resources). All of them with 100%
units.

Then I add another resource to the task, this one with a
different working calendar. I wish project would divide
the total work equally between all 4 resources, but
instead it assigns different hours to resources that have
different calendars.

I'm working with fixed work.

How does project calculates the assignments?

I can't understand it

The percentage of time set in the resouce view is the percentage of time
available dependent on the calander. If all resources work 8 hours a day
your ok, 20% of 6 hours a day is different to 20% of 8 hours.
