Project Professional does not follow enterprise global "Tools->Opt

Dear all,

I have set the enterprise global template's "Tools->option" to the setting
I desire such as fixed duration, work is entered in hours, etc. After
connecting to the project server, I found the project does not follow the
"Tools->option" setting. It seems like it follows the local setting. However,
all the column views/timescale setting DO follow the enterprise global.
I would like to ask why the project professional is partially follow the
enterprise global setting and how to make it follows the "Tools->option"
setting from enterprise global. Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Ryan

You are misunderstanding the purpose of the Enterprise Global file, which
serves as your organization's "library" of custom enterprise objects such as
Views, Tables, Filters, Groups, Reports, etc. It is NOT the place to set
enterprise-wide Options settings for all users. Instead, you must ask each
user to set his/her own Options settings according to your organization's
requirements, or you must do a Registry "push" to set these options for all
Microsoft Project users. Hope this helps.
