Project professional Time format

Project Server Developer

Hi,
One of my users has time format of 24 hours in Project client.
Meaning when working on the resources' calenders the hours are like from
08:00- 17:00.
Whie most of the users have AM\PM clock. (08:00 AM - 5:00PM)

Where can you change this settign in Project?

I think you'll find that, not in Project itself, but in the Windows Control
Panel : Regional Settings...
