Project Publishing Issue

I am having some challenges publishing a project to PS 2003. I am getting
spooler errors on my desktop/project professional 2003, and when I use the
edit site tool, it verifies all connectivity to the SQL Database looks ok.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I don't see any errors, the spooler has an exclamation in the icon by the
time, but I see the permissions are correct in PWA

Double click on the icon with the exclamation point to open the spoller error
dialog box and see what it says.

I think it says more than that. Please provide details so that we may help

I will get you the correct error. It appears that 5002 error was due to an
inactive PWA login. But the issue with publishing projects still exists.
