Project Queue and Event Services cannot be started

Hi,

after the latest reboot of our Project Server 2007 the Queue and Event
Service are not working anymore. We are not aware of any change. The Windows
services are entering running state, but in the ULS Log we see the following
error messages:

[SERVICE] ProjectQueueService: ProcessWatcher signaled
[SERVICE] ProjectQueueService: ProcessWatcher restarting service for GUID
PID: -1
[SERVICE] ProjectQueueService: Getting list of Sites for SSP: GUID
[SERVICE] ProjectQueueService: WindowsIdentity: DOMAIN\FarmAdmin
[SERVICE] ProjectQueueService: SSPGuid: GUID SSPIdentity:
DOMAIN\SSPService
[SERVICE] ProjectQueueService: Unable to start ExecProcess for SSP: GUID
[SERVICE] The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or
because it has no enabled devices associated with it

Does anybody know how to troubleshoot this?

Hi one of the common reason for ths type of problem is that SSP
account haven't permission log on localy.

So you should check local securyty policy and gran this user
permission log on localy.
