Project Queue Position NA

Has anyone seen this?

Using PS 2007 I have a job in the project queue that shows a position of NA.
I have tried to cancell it but it will not delete, even though the job state
is cancelled.

Any ideas would be aprpeciated.

Doug,

Cancelled jobs don't have a queue position because they are cancelled, hence
the NA. Your system is working properly in this case. You cannot delete a
job from the queue on this page, you can only cancel it. Once it is
cancelled it will not be re-visited by the queue processor so, essentially,
it is deleted.

You can filter out the cancelled jobs by removing that job state from the
"Job Completion States" that are currently selected and then clicking the
"Refresh Status" button.

However, any changes you make to the filter options will revert back to the
out-of-the-box settings each time you revisit this Manage Queue Jobs page.
