Project Queue Service Management

Hi guys,
I have situation at a client site currently. We implemented a small server
farm architecture of project server 2007(SP1 + IU) SQL Server(SP2), now at
close of business they shut down but servers.

When the servers are up the following day, I have observed that the Project
Queue Service always has to be restarted manually before any job can be
processed.

Right now I can't really isolate the problem.
