Project Reports

Good day, hope someone can help me with this problem.
I am having problems viewing the reports in my Project
Plan. One minute it is working properly, next minute I
cannot view the reports. I keep getting a message stating
that the page is not large enough for the data and
recommends that reduce the document size. Even though I
reduce the % and eliminate a column I still get the error
message.

Problem was it was working fine before. I have had the
problem before and it seemed to clear itself up. However,
it has reoccured and I would like to know what causes it
and what is the solution. Appreciate any help provided.

What version of Project are you using? What you are
describing sounds like a known issue in Project 98 (see
Knowledge Base article Q177021).

All reports are based on one of the tables in your plan. Anytime you
make changes to the table supporting that supports a report, that
report will change. I would check which table this report is using,
and see whether this table is also used for some other function where
the columns could be changed. If this is the case, you can copy this
table, set it up the way you want it, then change the report to use
this new table instead, so it doesn't change anymore.
