Project Server 2002 on Windows 2003

Can you install PS2002 on Win2003? When I try to install,
it says it is not designed for this version, but it gives
you the option to continue. Will there be any
complications from this configuration?

Yes, however, you will need to download and apply the following update:

Microsoft Project Server 2002 Update: April 15, 2003

The Microsoft Project Server 2002 Update: April 15, 2003 offers
customers the ability to configure Microsoft Project Server 2002 on
Microsoft Windows Server 2003.
