Project server 2002

hi there,

I want to install Project server 2002 on a windows 2003
server with Sharepoint Server V2 technical refresh.

when I run the setup it give me the error that Project
server requires team services V1.

is there some kind of patch for this problem ?
or anyone solved this error ?

I have not seen a beta release as of yet. I had heard
something about August.
