Project Server 2003 Administrator password

About two months ago I built a project 2003 server and
turned it over to another group. One of their guys reset
the administrator password without telling anyone and he
called this morning saying he'd forgotten the new
password.

Having SQL admin rights to the ProjectServer database, is
there any method I can use to reset the Admin password?
