Project Server 2003 and MOSS 2007

Just a quick clarification.
We have Server 2003 and MOSS 2007.
I cannot use MOSS 2007 instead of WSS, correct ?
I can however use it instead of Portal Server 2003, correct?

Allowable combinations are

PS2003, WSSv2.0, SPS

PS2007, WSSv3.0, MOSS
