Project Server 2003 and SharePoint Portal Server 2003 on same server?

I am looking to install Project Server 2003 on the same server as SharePoint
Portal Server 2003. SharePoint is already installed and in use.

Anything that I should be aware of?

I've seen comments that Project Server requires the default virtual server
on port 80. Is that true? I'm already using this one, and can't give it up.

I've read that WSSWIZ.exe should be run after SharePoint is installed and
before Project Server is installed. Is this accurate? Where would I find
WSSWIZ.exe?

Anything else?
