Project server 2003 and SQL Reporting Services 2000

Hi Experts,

We haev Project Server 2003 installed on one of our production server. Now
we are planning to install SQL Server Reporitng Service 2000 on that box.
Is there any known issue with this apporach?
Any inputs\artilces on this is highly aprreciated.
