Project Server 2003 and WSS 3.0 installation issues

When installing Projet 2K3 with WSS 3.0 the Project Server Windows
Sharepoint Services wizard does not recognize that sharepoint services are
installed. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this or
alternatively how to create the public documents library manually and
install the the project template manually?

Project Server 2003 is not compatible with WSS 3.0, you are stuck with WSS2.0
for PS2003.
