Project Server 2003 & CAL's availability

I'm looking into a Project Server 2003 deployment for a client ... is this
server software (& CAL's as required) still available for purchase, or has it
been phased out by 2007?

It should still be available.
If someone purchases licences for Project Server 2007 then they are Eligible
for all previous version as well.
