Project server 2003 crash after installing SP3.

Hi,

Project server 2003 crashes after installing SP3 . It has stopped connecting
to the database server.We can't connect to the PWA . We had to uninstall the
project server 2003 to get it up & running.
Any one faced this issue? Are there any other ways to install the SP3 on
Project server 2003? Do i need to install sp1 then sp2 & then sp3?

What are the different patches to install after project 2003 server
installation? Where to get those ? Can anyone please help?

We are using Project server 2003,Project pro 2003,SQL server 2K.
