Project Server 2003 EIF

Does anyone know where to get the Project Server 2003 EIF? I have the beta
copy that was published last year and thought that it would be available by
now. I can only find the Project Server 2002 EIF.

Any guidance would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks Gary - after further research yesterday I was able to located the
Planning and Deployment Toolkit. What are the differences between the two?
