Project Server 2003 - enterprise global issue

hi,

When i try to connect to my PS via MS Project pro application i get "file
not found" error.
This is Global (+ cached enterprise)(organizer) issue i think (in 'module'
tab all macros disappear)

How can i restore my global settings?
Can I transfer this file from my virtual environment? Where can i find this
settings file on disk?
