Hello,
We have had a relatively stable Project Server 2003 instance running
in our company for about 2 1/2 years now. We are on the most up-to-
date Service Packs for MS Project Pro 2003, Project Server, and SQL
Server.
Recently it appears that we are running into a situation where
accepted actual hours appear to be getting updated in the actual MS
Project plan. However, when the plan is opened later, some of the
updates hours are "missing". If we check PWA for the team members and
the project managers, the updated hours are showing as going through.
However, the MS Project plan does not contain the hours after
reopening.
Initially, the hours do show when the update cycle is initially
completed. However, they are not there later.
We are on Service Pack 2, so the hotfix that corrected this issue in
2004 should still be running on our system.
Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Aaron
