Project Server 2003 - question on "adjust actuals"

We use MS Project Server 2003 and when we open the tab Resources on PWA and
choose "Adjust actuals" option on the left menu pane we can't choose the
value for units (it is grayed). What the problem can be? May be some server
settings?

What would you advise?

Maybe I'm blind, but I can't see a Units column anywhere in the Adjust
Actuals page. Are you referring to % Work Complete, by chance? If so, you
cannot adjust anything other than the Actual Work values in the timesheet
grid on the right side of the page. Hope this helps.
