Project server 2003 SP1 and Professional 2002

Has anyone come accross a problem where you have installed Project Server
2003 SP1 and the DEMO data then tried to connect via Project professional
2002?

I get the following error:

object error 'ASP 0177: 800401f3

This is a KB issue # 875437
the recommendation is not to install Project Pro 2002 on the same server as
Project Server 2003 OR to install Project Pro 2003. i originally installed
2002 Pro then uninstalled it yet I still receive this error msg.

Marc:

You installed the demo data before or after the SP? If you did it after SP1,
you restored non SP1-level data to an SP1 database. If this is the case, try
running the upgrade script on the demo database.

Thank you Gary,

As a matter of fact the demo was installed after the SP1 was applied.

I have looked for the Demo upgrade script but have not found it, do you have
any suggestions on where to get it?

Marc:

There's no specific upgrade script for the demo. The SP1 upgrade script
applies to all Project Server databases. So try running it on the sample
database and see if that restores functionality.
