Project Server 2003 SP1 (for WSS) installation

OK

I applied SQL, fullfile patches but can't apply it for WSS
wsswizup.msi starts and then disappeared - is it normal ???

Should I consider that this part (WSS) of Project Server 2003 SP1 is
installed ????
