Project Server 2003 V/s Project Server 2002

Is there any simple document which compares the new
features of project server 2003 as compared to project
server 2002. We are currently using project server 2002
and I have been asked to justify why we need to upgrade
to 2003 ? There is lots of documentation on 2003 but What
I am looking is some info where the features are compared
thanks

Take a look at the following document and it covers most of the new
features.

Also, from an architecture point of view, WSS is much better. Here are
a few reasons why I think it is so much better.
1. More stable
2. Highly scalable
3. Everything is stored in the database
4. Multiple instances of Project Server can use the same instance of
WSS very easily. In 2002 it was a pain to setup STS with multiple
instances.

Overall I think 2003 is MUCH, MUCH better than 2002.
