Project Server 2003 Views

I have not figured out how to get Enterprise Outline
Codes to display anything in Project Web Access. I
create a view in PWA where Enterprise Project Outline
Code 1 is selected for "Displayed fields" (under Manage
Views). I also use this code as the default group. When
I go to Project Center, not only is this Code field not
displayed, but the default Group field is *blank*.

I am trying to get projects under Project Center aligned
by phase and manager (I have an Outline Code set up in
the global template). Any suggestions?

Once you have added the field to the Project Center or Project view, your
project managers must set a value for this field in each of their projects
and then publish the projects again using Collaborate - Publish - Project
Plan. Doing so will "push" the value for this outline code field to PWA so
that it will be visible in your custom View. Hope this helps.

I did that. I went to Project Information for the
Project and picked the Outline Code corresponding to that
project, and then publishing it. I still can't seem to
get PWA to group on that code.

I'll figure it out eventually........

You need to add the Outline Code to your view (using
Admin / Manage Views) before it shows up as something you
can group by.
