We are rolling out project server 2003 and it seems to be going ok. One snag I've hit is when a user (with a project server account) attempts to get into the issues database with web access. The message that pops up is as follows
You have logged on using a Project Server account. Project Server Accounts are not automatically given access to documents, risks and issues. Contact your administrator for logon information you need to view documents, risks and issues
If your server administrator has given you logon information, click ok, and then enter the information in the logon dialog box that appears
Can anyone guide me as what the logon info should be? It asks for userID password and domain. However is we use the standard network logon info (that they use to logon to the domain) it fails. Would that be because the user is not known locally on the server even they are on the domain? Any tips
Thank
