Project Server 2003 with SQL 2005 SP3

We are running a 2005 SP2 (9.00.3042) clustered environment for our Project
Server 2003.

We are planning to upgrade to 2005 SP3. I read that PS2007 read an increase
in performance, but would there be any counter indication for a PS2003
database ?

I've not seen anything to suggest that there would be a performance decrease
for PS2003. If SP3 is more performant for PS2007, I would suspect the same
would be true for PS2003.
