Hi!

Have ever somebody tried to make changes in the Project Server?
I want to add an additional row in the timesheet view of the Project Server
in which I can write some notes for every day I work on a task.
Have somebody an idea? Thanks for helping.

Hi,

Please try following steps.

1. Open Microsoft Project 2002 and log into Project
Server with an administrator account
2. Open the first project in which you will publish
additional columns
3. Click Tools - Customize - Published Fields
4. In the dialog box, select the additional columns
you want from the Available Fields list and add them to
the list on the right
5. Click OK
6. Click Collaborate - Publish - Republish
Assignments, then click OK
7. Repeat this process for each project in which you
want to publish additional fields
8. Log on Project server as Administrator, go to
Admin-Manage Views
9. Select Timesheet Views and go to Modify Views
10. add your Fields.
