Has anyone figured out how to show Weeks in Portfolio Analyzer without using
the SDK or a 3rd party add-on?

If so, any hints available on how to do?

I realize there are weeks in PS2007....

thx

You can manually extend the OLAP cube or you can purchase a third-party
solution. What makes you think there should be another option available?

the one thing with extending the olap cube is that Microsoft won't support
your environment if you implement items from the SDK....

SO i was hoping there might be something else that i overlooked.

Nope. You didn't overlook anything. You still have two choices. You can
spend your own time (extend the cube) or your own dime (purchase a
third-party solution). Hope this helps.

Hi Troy,
Microsoft's stance on providing support (after all, they don't actually
support any systems, you do that) is that they will do their best, but that
if you have implemented any SDKs, or modified the registry via a KB article,
they might ask you to reproduce the issue in an env where the SDK has not
been implemented. So, assuming you extend your cube, then this would not
mean that they wouldn't provide a level of help with other area, eg
connection issues from PWA.

For any large implementation of ANY MS product, I would expect some hotfixes
and registry modifications just to get the solution implemented and working
in the best possible way.

Just my 2p worth...
