I installed the latest Sharepoint and WSS hotfixes (just released) this past
weekend and am now seeing my SQL server hit 85-100% CPU usage. My SQL admins
are telling me that the ProjectServer_Published is the most hit database and
that stored procedure MSP_WEB_SP_SEC_CheckSPGlobalPermission accounts for 82%
of all calls to this database. Any ideas what is happening here? We did
not experieince this prior to installing these new hotfixes.
