Project server 2007 installation and Migration

Hi,
One of our client having SQL Server 2005 installed with clustering. I
need to deploy the Project server 2007 by using the clustered Sql server in
separate server. And we need to migrate the data from Proect server 2003 and
Sql server 2000. Is it possible to do the fresh installation and migration
where the Sql server 2005 is instaled with clustering. Otherwise we need to
install Sql server 2005 as standalone.

The question is slightly unclear on what your objective is, can you please
clarify ?

Clustering should not impact migration but I recommend doing a migraiton on
a development environement not on your production cluster.
