Project Server 2007 Installation Problem

I received a successful "Provisioned" status from the creation of the
Project Web Access instance on the server farm. However, when I try to
navigate to the ProjectServer site it created, I get an Error browser page
with the message "An unexpected error has occurred". There are no errors in
the event logs. I am able to navigate to the the top-level site in the
collection.

Any clues where to look to start diagnosing this?
