Project Server 2007 Manage Queue Problems

My queue is consistently showing processes in queue or waiting to be
processed. After some time (days) has elapsed, these remain in the queue.
If I select and choose cancel, they do not cancel the process. Is there
another way I can remove items from the processing queue?
This is what shows in the queue, with no error:
1/10/2008 2:03 PM Bob Norris Training-RN-09 Project Save from Project
Professional Getting Queued 0% 1 Project

Open the Queue in server settings, then expand the advanced options option.
Select "Cancel Jobs Getting Enqueued", then try to delete your job.

Personally I would try to undertsand why it's failing before deleting it.

Have you checked the ULS logs for additional information ?

Paul,

The ULS logs are the logs generated on the server for all activity, correct
(I never heard them referred to this way). If so, we are checking them and
trying to identify issues as well.
