Quick question - Does the application of Service Pack 2 for Project Server
2007 update any of the project server databases on the SQL server?

Is there any SQL maintenance / updates that occur on the SQL server when you
run SP2 for project server 2007?

We plan on doing a SharePoint FARM backup as well as a disk image of the web
server(s) before applying SP2 to the Project Server.

Hi Ivor, no, there are no changes to the SQL databases, however, you are
right to perform the backups you suggest. Don't forget WSS SP2...

I am currently working on a deployment plan for MOPS 2007 & WSS 3.0 SP2
deployment - inconjunction with either the April or August 2009 CU (haven't
finalized which one to go with yet).
