Project server 2007 tasks- Outlook Integration

Hi,
I am using project server 2007. I tried to integrate the project server
tasks with Outlook 2007, it is working fine with windows authentication in
the our domain.But some of our managers laptops are not included(not added)
in our domain. When I try to add the account information in outlook 2007. It
is displaying a message "invalid project server link".I think this issue due
to the windows athentication it is trying to access the project server with
local account which is not avilable in the domain.I did not confingure forms
authentication.Whether I am correct? What is the solution for this? any
other way is there?

Each user that synch's will have to have a user account which authenticates,
either via Windows or using Forms Auth, to allow access to the project
server. So, your managers will need to either use the same authentication
method that they do to access PWA.
