Project Server 2007 - Uninstall

Hi,
I installed project server 2007. During configuration, While creating
the new SSP, it thrown an error "SSP provisioning will be retried
periodically. If you correct the error that caused this failure, provisioning
will subsequently succeed. To stop provisioning from being retired, delete
the SSP" and "Provisioning failed: Windows NT user or group
'domain\useraccount' not found. Check the name again". I tried to delete the
SSP. I could not.. Then I deleted all the websites under that. And tried to
delete the SSP. I could not. Then I decided to remove the Project Server 2007
installation, half of the way it thrown some access denied error... I
couldn't remove the installation. Again I put the installation CD and
repaired it. Then tried to Change/Remove from add and remove programs. I
could not. I am getting the following errors.

" Before uninstalling this product, note the following:
- Removing this product might result in partial loss of functionality for
sites that depend on features installed by this product.
- If you installed this product over an existing SharePoint Products and
Technologies installation or choose to cancel the uninstall after this dialog
box, you must run the SharePoint Products and Technologies Configuration
Wizard to reconfigure the server farm after Setup has exited.
Do you want to uninstall now? "

How can I remove the installation and do the fresh installation.

Hi,
The issue is solved. Because I installed with local administrator account.
And try to uninstall with another active direcory account with administrator
previllage.
