Project Server and PWA Data Sync Problems

We are running Project Server 2003. For some reason the data in the actual
project is not being updated to Project Web Access. I can see in the
databases three distinct groups of tables -the Project tables, the web tables
and the view tables. The data does not match between these tables. Two
questions:
1. How do I resync the data?
2. What causes this and how do I prevent this in the future?

Let me know if I need to provide any more system specific info to help
diagnose.

Keith: on your server the Microsoft Project Server Views Notification
Service may not be running.

You should look in teh view drop folder if there are any XML files in teh
folder the service is not running for sure. Check out the URL below for
other reason why the views service may not be running.

I found it a good practice to restart this service about once a week. I
wrote a service to do that for me.
