project server and pwa

Hi, I am totally baffled at this one. I recently setup project server 2007 on a separate server 2003 and joined it to the domain. The kicker is, only 2 people can access http://myserver/pwa...myself and one other person I had testing it when I first brought it online before I had it join my domain.

Ever since, nobody can access the pwa site with IE or MS Project 2007. I have checked the AD, IIS, and Website permissions and made sure they have all permissions, but I am missing something. When they go to http://myserver/pwa they get the Error: access denied page and the request access option, which I get them to choose. I get the email and click on the link to allow them access, add them and still they cannot access the site.

What gives?

Sounds like you gave them SharePoint permissions but not PWA permissions.
Did you go into Project Server Server Settings, add the users, and then add
the users to a specific security group like Project Manager or Team Member?
