Project Server and Web Access Login problems

When logging into project server through Web Access, the
system will sometimes come back to a login prompt. Also,
once logged in and trying to switch between pages /
options (HOME, Updates, status reports, etc.) it will
bring you back to a login prompt. Please help!

It sounds like directory security is not configured correctly in IIS.
