I have an architectural question regarding MOSS and Project Server.
Our design was to have two web front ends and an application server
The web frontends would host MOSS and PWA (Project Web Access) and the
Application server would host the respective applications and services
associated with them.
In regards to the Project Server application, is it possible to install the
Project Server Application role to the web front ends instead of just hosting
PWA on the web frontends? We have three servers (exluding the SQL cluster)
and we are trying to ensure high availability. I did see in the
documentation that this was a role that could be redundant but it was unclear
whether we were required to install this on the MOSS application server.
