Project Server encountered a problem with error code: 9571

Hello everyone,

I really hope some of you can help me!

When I try to connect to Project Server through Project Pro I get the
following error:

"An exception occured in the Project Server encountered a problem with error
code: 9571. Please contact your server administrator"
and then
"Cannot connect. Project was enable to establish connection with the
selected Project Server. This could be cause by the loss of connection, ....."

So I am the server admin, I am even trying to log in using an admin account.
It works on some computer and doesn't on other (with the same account). I
can't fin anything on error 9571. There is a lot of users having the same
problem also with other accounts. Can you help me???

I have Project Server 2003 and Project Pro 2003 SP3.
