Project Server encoutered a problem with this error code:9414

I get this error when I try and connect Project Pro to Project Server
(both 2003 release versions).

Any idea what is causing this?

You will need to give us much more information than the error code. As far
as I know, there isn't and error code list available outside of Microsoft.

Is there any other message or information given? Anything in the Event
Viewer on the server or client? Have you ever been able to get Project Pro
to connect to Project Server? Can you connect to Project Web Access?
